I would categorically give this vanity a 3.5 star rating.
This goods is very uncomplicated and elegant.
I did not like the instructions, they fit onto one page but it didn't have any steps, only a big picture of the vanity and letters that are used to recognize where the parts are. The instructions also came ripped and wrinkled. Although the instructions weren't very good, it took about half an hour to 45 minutes setting this piece up because I was trying to form out the directions and trying to get the right tools (it only comes with an alan wrench and I needed a screw driver, galvanic drill preferred, to set up the stool).
On the right side the diminutive ball that attaches to the post is slanted off to the side, probably a manufacturing problem.
In terms of the stand and the seat, the stand is nice and spacious and the seat is uncomplicated and comfortable.
When I received my package there was a ripped hole in the side and the taping was not all that professional. There were many "dings" and paint chips that were on the vanity that I was not happy about, but they were mostly unnoticeable.
Overall I do enjoy my vanity, although I did have to pay a shipping cost of about $30. It took about a week for me to receive my vanity. It is the exquisite size for my diminutive room and it fits snug against the wall. I would give this goods a 5 star rating if the shipping price would have been lower, if the instructions were easier to follow, and if the packaging and goods were in good condition.
